• Managed website code and application releases\upgrades; working with Developers to resolve bugs.
• Managed all gettyimages.com related infrastructure and applications, including IIS; Windows 2003 and 2008 Domains; Active Directory; DNS; SQL; Clusters; VMware; Big-IPs; NetScalers; Akamai; and Gomez.
• Developed internal website (using PHP, MySQL, and Apache) that provides version and health status of all of the Web Team’s services, applications, and websites. This website started as a personal project and became widely used to speed up the QA process and troubleshooting, in addition to evaluating overall health.
• Managed the Data Center Move Project for the Web Team, including creating the migration strategy; determining dependencies and risks; and working to minimize downtime.
• Evaluated GettyImages.com and other sites for PCI Compliance and implemented recommendations.
• Created scripts to automate tasks, collect data, and evaluate systems and performance.
